Lifetime Warranty

Here at Dogwood, we stand behind our work ~  All of our 14k Gold or Platinum jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defect for the lifetime of the piece. If you experience damage as result of a design or fabrication error, we will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including but not limited to: damage caused by misuse or improper handling). Having your jewelry modified, repaired, or resized by another jeweler voids any warranty on the piece.

Complimentary Services: 

• Lifetime prong-checks, cleaning, and adjustments.

• One ring resizing within first 12 months of receipt

• Free accent stone replacement for melee up to 3mm (0.10ct) within first 12 months of receipt (center stone excluded)​

Care & Maintenance:

Like any Objet d'art, a little extra care goes a long way ~  Your ring has been thoughtfully designed to withstand daily wear. However, your ring is not indestructible, so the best practice is to remove it during certain activities.  Exercising, cleaning, scrubbing dishes, moving furniture, etc, can put stress on your ring which over time causes metal to wear away or become warped. Preventative measures are key...  we recommend having your ring checked annually to help identify loose stones or worn prongs, and if you notice anything irregular please contact us asap before it progresses.  We are committed to our craftsmanship, so you can rest assured that we will always care for your jewelry whenever it needs some love.​​

Cleaning & Storage:

To keep your ring sparkling ~  Mix warm water and a drop of degreasing dish soap in a small bowl. Let your ring soak for at least 1 hour, then gently scrub with a soft, clean toothbrush. Then, Rinse under warm water (with the sink drain closed) and pat dry. Avoid exposing your jewelry to lotions, sunscreen, perfume and household cleaners.

When your ring is off-duty, keep it safe in a softly lined box or ring tray.

Repairs:

Things happen, and sometimes repairs are called for ~ To initiate a repair; please email us at dogwoodjewelers@gmail.com with photos & description of the damage. We will review the details and follow up with the next steps.  If the damage was caused by a manufacturer's defect, the repair will be free of charge. Otherwise, a repair quote will provided.
